Bump update - 5 months


A little more to update on with the bump at 5 months. There are lots and lots of movements at the moment, the baby obviously has space to kick around as my ribs are constantly bruised. I haven't put on any weight in the last four weeks, I'm waiting for it all to appear at once nearer the end, can't wait! Heartburn has returned with a vengeance, not nice when I'm trying to get to sleep.
I have just started pregnancy yoga at Red Hot Yoga which is amazing, completely relaxing and great to have time to properly focus on breathing and pelvic floors, which I NEVER remember to do normally. Honey still doesn't get the whole mummy/baby/tummy thing yet, so the leaning and kicking of the tummy isn't really stopping, which is getting painful!

  1. My ribs hurt all the time too aswell as my back :( I wanted to do yoga but can't seem to fit it in with work but I have signed up to a 10 week fitness for birth class which starts in a couple of weeks!
