I have just started pregnancy yoga at Red Hot Yoga which is amazing, completely relaxing and great to have time to properly focus on breathing and pelvic floors, which I NEVER remember to do normally. Honey still doesn't get the whole mummy/baby/tummy thing yet, so the leaning and kicking of the tummy isn't really stopping, which is getting painful!

Bump update - 5 months

My ribs hurt all the time too aswell as my back :( I wanted to do yoga but can't seem to fit it in with work but I have signed up to a 10 week fitness for birth class which starts in a couple of weeks!
